Serie A team of the season so far


As we are halfway through the season we (the final say team) have came up with the stars of the campaign so far.


Goalkeeper:
Morgan De Sanctis (Napoli) - Should be Italy number one.

Defense:
RB: Cassani (Palermo) - Is underrated, must play fot Italy, he has amazing crosses.

CB: Thiago Sliva (Milan) - Simply the best defender in the league.

CB: P. Cannavaro (Napoli) - Is a back bone to Walter Mazzarri's side and one of the best in Europe at the moment.


LB: Nagatomo (Inter) - Won the Asian cup with Japan recently, earned a lone move to Inter

Midfield:
CM: Hernanes (Lazio) - With 5 goals and 5 assists the Brazilian is on fire this season, leading Lazio to a 3rd place so far.


CM: Hamsik (Napoli) - An all around midfielder, a true fighter in the pitch.

CM: Pastore (Palermo) - The Argentinean playmaker has the touch of Zidane, the speed of Kaka and the brain of Zico.


Attack:
ST: Cavani (Napoli) - "El Matador" is Europe best striker at the moment, and top scorer of the league so far.


ST: Ibrahimovic (Milan) - The main reason why Milan are in the top of the league.


ST: Eto'o: (Inter) - Eto'o have been amazing so far, despite playing under Milito's shadows last season, Eto'o showed how good he is if he plays in his position.


Honorable Mentions: Andre Cossu, Milos Krasic, Robinho, Ezequiel Lavezzi, Josip Ilcic, Antonio Di Natale, Philippe Mexes and Alessandro Matri.
